Smaller, Lightweight Alternative Two-Stage Air Cleaner

The FKB family of two-stage air cleaners for medium dust conditions. Compared to other air cleaner styles, this new air cleaner family delivers the performances of competitive larger air cleaners in a compact, rugged design.

With a heavy-duty plastic construction and non-metal filters, the air cleaner is lighter, more efficient and easier to install and replace than competing products.

Applications:
* Off-road equipment operating in medium-dust conditions with engine airflow range of 70 to 360 cfm (2 to 10.3 m3/min)
*Installs horizontally. Mounting the air cleaner directly to the engine is not recommended; excessive engine vibration can cause premature air cleaner structural failure.
* Sustained temperature tolerance: -40 to 180 Fahrenheit degree/ -40 to 82 Celcius degree. Do not install next to components that exceed the maximum temperature (180 Fahrenheit degree/82 Celcius degree); like a turbocharger, muffler, exhaust pipe or other high temperature component.

Donaldson: Ultradepth II P-BE

The ultradepth II filter is a wrapped depth filter with an inner and an outer guard as well as end caps made from stainless steel. The retention rate is 0.01 micron meter up to 99.999%. The ultradepth II binder-free, three dimensional borosilicate depth media has a hollow volume of more than 95%. This ensures a high dirt hold capacity and a low differential pressure at high flow rates. The filter media is inherently hydrophobic.

The ultradepth II filter is a wounded depth filter with inner and outer guard end caps made from stainless steel. The retention rate is 99.99998% related to 0.01 micron meter. The ultradepth II binder-free, threedimesional borosilicate depth media has a lange void volume of 95%. This ensures a high dirt containment capacity at a low differential pressure and a high flow rate. The filter media is inherently hydrophobic.
